Branches & Billing
One organization, any number of locations, plus how your subscription works.
Adding a branch
Every organization can run multiple branches, one per physical location. Add a branch with its name, location address, and timezone (defaults to Asia/Kolkata). Staff, menus, tables, and reports are all scoped per branch, so each location operates independently day to day while rolling up to the same organization.
Switching between branches
If your account has access to more than one branch, use the branch switcher in the sidebar to move between them. Every screen (Dashboard, Orders, Menu, Reports, etc.) reloads for the branch you select.
Your subscription
New organizations start on a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature, no card required. Your account shows how many days remain, with a reminder as the trial gets close to ending.
Once you're ready to continue, choose a plan from Billing:
- Monthly: flexible, billed every month.
- 6-Month Plan: a discounted rate for established restaurants.
- Yearly Plan: the best value, at the lowest rate for a full year.
If your trial expires
If your trial ends before you upgrade, your data stays safe and is kept for 30 days. Upgrading at any point during that window restores full access instantly with nothing lost.
