Overview
The Reports overview shows gross and net revenue (after tax), compared against a previous period so you can see whether you're trending up or down at a glance.
Revenue trend
A day-by-day breakdown of revenue, order count, and average order value over your selected date range, useful for spotting your busiest days and slow patches.
Payment method breakdown
See how much revenue came in through each payment method (Cash, UPI, Card, and Wallet), with each method's share of the total. Handy for cash reconciliation and understanding how your customers prefer to pay.
Top items
Your best-selling menu items ranked by quantity sold and revenue, with each item's share of total menu revenue, a quick way to see what's working and what to feature more.
Exporting
Reports can be exported to Excel for offline analysis, accounting, or sharing with a partner who doesn't have a SkillyPOS login. Access to exports is controlled separately from viewing reports, via the reports.export permission.
