Hotel Management
Room inventory and booking calendar for hotels, resorts, and guesthouses.
The Hotel module is currently in beta and being rolled out gradually. If you don't see it in your navigation yet, it's not enabled for your account.
Rooms
Set up your rooms with a room number, type (single, double, suite, deluxe), price per night, floor number, and amenities. Each room shows a status (available, occupied, reserved, maintenance, or cleaning), so housekeeping and front desk stay in sync.
Bookings
Bookings link a guest to a room for a check-in and check-out date. As a booking moves from reserved to checked-in to checked-out, the room's status updates automatically.
Room service
Orders placed for an occupied room flow through the same POS Terminalas any other order, so room charges show up in the same reporting as restaurant sales.
