Customers (CRM)
Customer profiles, order history, and a points-based loyalty program.
The CRM module is currently in beta and being rolled out gradually. If you don't see it in your navigation yet, it's not enabled for your account.
Customer profiles
Each customer record stores a name, phone number, and email, along with running totals for lifetime spend and visit count that update automatically as they place orders.
Order history
Every order can be linked to a customer at checkout, building up a full order history per customer over time, useful for spotting regulars and understanding what they usually order.
Loyalty points
Customers earn points automatically on paid orders, and can redeem them for a discount at checkout:
- Earning: 10 points for every ₹100 spent.
- Redeeming: 1 point is worth ₹0.10 off a future order.
